We are currently offering pick up via appointment - please make sure you have an appointment prior to coming as we are only open on demand so we are not there all the time.
For delivery, there is a shipping calculator available on our website. Add your items to the cart and it will automatically calculate the shipping price according to the weight of the products and your postcode location. To view shipping price, simply hit "view cart" located at the top right corner of the MA1 webpage and then hit "estimate" under the Shipping & Tax and follow the shipping calculator prompts.
As our equipment can be bulky and heavy, we can personally provide you a palletised shipping rate which can come in cheaper - simply make your order and for shipping, select the "custom shipping invoice" option. This options allows you to pay the products first and we will send you a shipping quote. If you are not happy with the quote, we can provide you a full refund on your order, no questions asked.
If you can find a cheaper courier, feel free to contact us to organise your own shipping.
Please note that postage and delivery on this site is automatically calculated and we can often provide you with a better price on delivery on larger orders.

Returns Policy
To minimum the spread of the covid virus, we won't be allowing returns or exchanges of change of mind products. Unless there is a legitimate product defect, we would not be accepting any returns.
Despite our best control, product defects can happen so please contact us right away and it is particularly handy if you also send us photos or videos on what the issue is so we can better help assist and direct you to the next stop.
We have a general 12 month return to base warranty which you can read on our warranty page.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first for approval.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products. There is a shipping calculator on the website when you add items into your cart.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
