Due to the unprecedented high volume of orders, we are working through them as quickly as we can. If you have any questions in regards to your order, please use the messaging system in your account. Please keep an eye on your email as well as your account on our website for order updates. They will be updated to advise when it is currently in packing stage and you will be updated again when order has been shipped along with a tracking number in the notes section of your account.

We no longer take orders over the phone or via email so please place your order online. As the government implements lock downs to reduce the spread of the Corona virus, we are no longer providing pick up service.
If you cannot add the item to cart, it is likely sold out. You can email us along with the product code to be added to a notification list to be advise when items are back in stock.
All orders for pick up were ceased on 24th of March midnight. All customers without an order number or an order without the pick up option selected would be turned away.
