We at MA1 are all working hard to get our fitness goods to your door but we are inundated with orders, calls and emails so it would really help us out if you could read the below information to see if it answers your questions prior to contacting us.
If you are able to add the product to cart, then the item is stocked and ready the be packed and shipped.
If the button says pre-order, it means that it is pre-order item and the ETA should be listed in the listing.
If you are unable to find the item or unable to add a product to cart, then we are out of stock of that item and it is currently unavailable.
We endeavour to keep our stock levels as updated and accurate as we can, so you can rest assured if something in your order does go wrong, you can be sure we will get in touch with you as soon as we find out.
Due to the high demand for fitness equipment, delivery and customer support response can take a little longer than usual - currently we are working on delivery to Melbourne metro in 2-7 business days and 2 business days for dispatch to outer regions and interstate - normally earlier but sometimes delays can happen but we are generally well within that time frame. If things do seem to be taking longer than usual, please use the contact form below.
Pick up via appointment:
As the numbers of cases drop in Victoria, we are resuming our pick up options via appointment. Simply order as usual and select Pick Up via Appointment as the shipping option. One of our friendly staff will give you a call, email if the call is unattended to set up a time.
On the designated appointment time, once you arrive at our carpark, simply call our office 0397065292 and advise your order number. Our warehouse staff will leave your order on a pallet next to your car and you will be free to load up and double check the order to make sure everything is correct.
Please do not come without an appointment as you will be turned away since your order would not be ready.
Please choose your items carefully and double check prior to placing the order as we may not be able to adjust your order afterwards as it would disrupt the flow of orders and operation. We are inundated with the sheer amount of calls, emails & orders so we may take longer to respond.
We do encourage to please allow up to a week prior to following up with your order and please keep an eye on your email as you will receive updates on the progress of your order and after dispatch. You would receive a shipped notification and the tracking number or delivery details would appear on the notes section of your account.
