Good quality materials and cut precisely with a nice finish. Easy to assemble and very sturdy, would definitely recommend this box.

This plyo box is easily assembled and its straight down to work. It is sturdy as a platform for high intensity circuits and stable on a level surface. Due to accurate crafting and strong materials this version clips together in way that prevents it shaking apart no matter how rough the treatment. In one piece of attractive equipment one has all the necessary pieces for body weight strengthenning and cardio in one. Ideal for the sportsperson who has finite time to improve their fitness outside of training. The fact that anyone with a screw driver can put it together in quarter of an hour builds a sense of ownership. I'm stopping short of giving it a name, but it has quickly become part of our family!
