How much for Shipping?
There is a shipping calculator available on our website. As you add items to the cart, it will automatically calculate the shipping price according to the weight of the products and your postcode location. As our equipment can be bulky and heavy, we can personally provide you a palletised shipping rate which can come in cheaper - simply make your order and for shipping, select the "custom shipping invoice" option. This options allows you to pay the products first and we will send you a shipping quote. If you are not happy with the quote, we can provide you a full refund on your order, no questions asked. Alternatively if you can find a cheaper courier, feel free to contact us to organise your own shipping.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes and we do not charge handling fees. Our warehouse is located at 36 Deans court , Dandenong South. Please contact us before you make the drive so we can ensure everything is ready for you by the time you arrive. There is also a "Local In Store Pick Up" shipping options so you can order and pay for your products first and pick up later.
Can I use my own courier?
Yes, please get in contact with us to organise shipping with your courier.
How do I request a quote?
If you are planning to buy in bulk,email us a wishlist and we can organise a comparative quote for you.
Can I come in to have a look at your equipment?
As we predominately are a wholesaler and to keep us cost effective to pass on the benefits to our customers, we can do appointments for quote write ups and inspection of equipment for members of the trade or wholesale account holders. Alternatively if you are looking to spend over $500, we are also happy to set up a meeting with you.
Can I apply for a wholesale account?
Yes, if you are working within the fitness industry, you may be eligible for a wholesale account. This account gives you access to our wholesale pricing structure, which offers discounts to personal trainers and gyms. Our wholesale rates offer substantial off our already competitive prices. Contact with us for more information.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Simply create an account and shoot us an email with your business details as well as your ABN (you may also want to throw in your wishlist if you have one for a quick quote) and we can give you an unique customer code to view our hugely discounted prices.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, with all of our orders, we add a tracking code to the note section of your order. If you cannot find it, email us and we will be happy to email it out to you.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately due to the sheer weight and volume of fitness equipment, it is not worthwhile to ship overseas. However we do have a branch in the US - MA1 Fitness. Otherwise, we do ship Australia wide so if for some odd reason the shipping calculator is not working for your postcode and suburb combination, please contact us and we will try to fix it as fast as we can.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect locations?
Unfortunately a lot of our couriers (besides Australia Post) do not deliver to PO Boxes as the parcel may not fit and that Australia Post may also reject parcels from other couriers resulting in a return to sender situation. Please make sure if you are requesting the item to be sent to a PO Box that you do select a 500g or 3kg AusPost parcel satchet as shipping options.
Do you provide guarantees for your equipment?
Yes. For all of our fitness equipment, we provide a 12 month return to base warranty unless specified in the product listing.
