This olympic barbell is 20kg in weight, 2000lb rating, 215k tensile strength and 8 needle bearings for a smooth feel - also warranted for drops. You’ll have everything you need to improve on your olympics lifts and this jerk block package is designed to last!
Jerk blocks allows the user to vary height of pulls, practice jerks, combine the 2 stacks and use them as plyo boxes, or stone lifts for those inclined.
