Warranty Information

Our slam balls come with a 6 months return to base warranty. Slam Balls should only be used on fitness purpose flooring such as rubber flooring, carpet, interlocking floor mats. Warranties are void when used on hard surfaces such as concrete or if the split appears on the valve or surrounding ring as this area is susceptible to cracking when repeatedly slammed upon and is considered as improper use. If there is an issue outside of the normal wear and tear, which was not caused by improper use, email us via admin@ma1.com.au or fill in the form on our contact page, we will respond to you as soon as we can and help resolve the issue.

Super versatile addition to home gym!

I had just added slam ball exercises to my gym workouts before our Covid circuit breaker lockdown started, so I ordered one from MA1 for my home gym! It has been an excellent and versatile addition, and with MA1's prompt delivery I received it within a couple of days of ordering, thank you MA1!
