Rubber flooring is the industry standard for weights areas, and 15mm is the thickness most commercial gyms settle on. It absorbs the impact of dropped dumbbells and loaded bars, protects concrete and timber subfloors, and takes a serious bite out of noise and vibration.

MA1 stocks 15mm tiles in 1m x 1m, plus 25mm and 50mm options in 50cm x 50cm for heavy-duty drop zones and temporary lifting platforms. All tiles have beveled edges to reduce trip hazards, and our premium range is fire rated. Tiles cut cleanly with a Stanley knife and a straight edge, and we recommend laying them in an offset brick pattern for areas over 20 square metres.
