Shipping & Returns
We are currently offering pick up via appointment - please make sure you have an appointment prior to coming as we are only open on demand so we are not there all the time.
We offer delivery Australia wide and there is a shipping calculator available at check out.
As fitness equipment can be bulky and heavy, we can personally provide you a palletised shipping rate which can come in cheaper so if the shipping comes in more than you expected, please feel free to email us admin@ma1.com.au - just take a screenshot of your cart and the pricing along with your delivery details so we can see if any couriers can do a better price.
If you can find a cheaper courier, feel free to contact us to organise your own courier to pick up.
Please note that postage and delivery on this site is automatically calculated and we can often provide you with a better price on delivery on larger orders.

Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change after placing an order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to cancel it.
Approved cancellations is subject to a 5% administration and restocking fee, which covers payment processing costs, administrative handling, and order processing expenses. The fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos/videos and your order number.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full refund
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that original payment processing fees charged by payment providers may not be recoverable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Clearance or final sale items
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6. Contact Us
To request a cancellation or return, please contact our support team and include your order number and details of the request. We will respond as soon as possible to assist you. Non approved returns will not be accepted.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products. There is a shipping calculator on the website when you add items into your cart.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Should you have any questions on the shipping, please send us the list of goods along with the delivery address in order for us to provide you with a custom quote.
Tracking information:
We use a full range of couriers to achieve the most cost effective and efficient shipping to you. For complete ease of mind, we provide tracking for all of orders which is emailed to you upon dispatch and can also be found in the notes section of your account order page. If you are having trouble, please feel free to contact us with your order number should you require any assistance with tracking.
If for any reason you do not receive your order, please contact us within a month from dispatch date as many couriers do not investigate orders beyond this time limit. If it is marked as delivered but you have not received, please also contact us (03 9706 5292 or email admin@ma1.com.au) straight away so we can contact the couriers on your behalf.
