Standard 6ft Bar with Spin Lock Collars

This is a 6 ft (183 cm) standard bar weighing about 6.5kg unloaded. It comes with spin-lock collars.

The standard sleeves take standard hole plates, so it works with most home-gym plate sets. The spin-lock collars screw down onto the sleeve so the plates stay put between sets. The extra length over a 5 ft bar gives you more room for a wider grip and more space for plates. It suits presses, rows, curls and general barbell work.

Package Includes:
1 x standard straight bar - 6.5kg and 183CM APPROX
1 pair of spin lock collars

*please note this is a standard size bar (approximately 28mm) and as such is NOT compatible with Olympic sized equipment*
