A 6ft (180 cm) standard bar weighing 8.4 kg unloaded, with collars included.
The standard sleeves take standard hole plates, so it works with most home-gym plate sets. At full 180cm length it gives you room for a wide grip and plenty of space for plates, and it will sit across a standard squat rack. It suits squats, presses, rows, deadlifts and general barbell work.
Package Includes:
1 x standard straight bar - 8.1kg and 180CM APPROX
1 pair of collars
*please note this is a standard size bar (approximately 28mm) and as such is NOT compatible with Olympic sized equipment*
