A 168 cm two-piece standard bar, about 8 kg unloaded, with collars included.
The two halves screw together through a threaded connector in the middle and come apart again for storage, so it fits in a cupboard or car boot when you’re not using it. Each half has its own knurled grip section. The standard sleeves take standard hole plates, so it works with most home-gym plate sets., and the spring collars hold the plates in place. It suits curls, rows, presses and general barbell work at home.
