A 5 ft (160 cm) standard bar weighing 7.5 kg unloaded, with collars included.
The standard sleeves take standard hole plates, so it works with most home-gym plate sets. At 160 cm it fits where a full-length Olympic bar won’t, like a garage, a spare room or a short rack. It suits curls, rows, presses and general barbell work.
