This is a 7 ft (214 cm) standard bar weighing about 7.7kg unloaded. It comes with spin-lock collars.
The standard sleeves take standard hole plates, so it works with most home-gym plate sets. The spin-lock collars screw down onto the sleeve so the plates stay put between sets. At full length it gives you room for a wide grip and plenty of space for plates, and it will sit across a standard squat rack. It suits squats, presses, rows, deadlifts and general barbell work.
