This hammer handle attachment is a great addition to your Extreme core trainer.
To use, simply slip the hammer attachment to the shaft of the bar and tighten with the screw pin provided. Once tight, you can adjust the handle to the desired angle and begin your one-arm rows, lateral raises, shrugs and more.
This dip bar attachment is compatible with all of our MA1 Platinum Rig Accessories and Parts.
