Warranty Information

Our Wall Balls come with a 3 months return to base warranty. Wall Balls are not designed to and cannot be slammed onto any surface. For slamming, please check out our MA1 Slam Balls listings. Warranties are void if seams are split and/or damaged due to incorrect use (eg. slamming). If there is an issue outside of the normal wear and tear, which was not caused by improper use, email us via admin@ma1.com.au or fill in the form on our contact page, we will respond to you as soon as we can and help resolve the issue.
