What got you into your sport?
I have always been into sports and loved competitions, whilst I was playing footy one of my best friends wanted to try kickboxing and didn't want to go alone so I went with him and loved it! I eventually crossed paths with my trainer, Laos Toohey through another friend and haven't looked back since.
What do you love most about your sport?
The healthy lifestyle, pushing your limits and the respect that Muay Thai teaches.
What advice would you give to anyone new taking up the sport?
Train hard and have fun, surround yourself with positive people and the rest will fall into place.
Who are your inspirations and role models?
My mother and father. They migrated to Australia to provide for me and my brother and created something out of nothing.
What music are you into?
Anything that's good in a gym.
What's your dream holiday destination?
Sun and beers on beach with beautiful women.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Being the first Timorese Muay Thai World Champion and representing Timor-Leste on promotions around the world
What irritates you the most?
People that say they're going to do something but don't.
What would you be doing if you weren't fighting?
Probably working in the sports industry or doing a trade.
