MA1 Christmas & New Year Break Announcement

Dear valued customers,

Please note that MA1 will be closed for the Christmas and New Year break from December 23rd, 2024 to January 6th, 2025.

Important Pick-Up Cutoff Dates:

  • The last pick-up date before the break will be December 23rd 4pm.
  • Regular pick-ups will resume on January 6th, 2025 via appointment.

We wish you a wonderful holiday season and thank you for your continued support. If you have any urgent requests, please ensure they are made before the cut-off.

We at MA1 are all working hard to get our fitness goods to your door and it would really help us out if you could read the below information to see if it answers your questions prior to contacting us. 

Clifton Hill Warehouse:

We have relocated to 9-13 Reeves Street Clifton Hill! 

Product availability: 

If you are able to add the product to cart, then the item is stocked and ready the bnd e packed and shipped. 
If the button says pre-order, it means that it is pre-order item and the ETA should be listed in the listing. 
If you are unable to find the item or unable to add a product to cart, then we are out of stock of that item and it is currently unavailable. 

We endeavour to keep our stock levels as updated and accurate as we can, so you can rest assured if something in your order does go wrong, you can be sure we will get in touch with you as soon as we find out. 

Delivery Times: 

Due to the high demand for fitness equipment, delivery and customer support response can take a little longer than usual - currently we are working on delivery to Melbourne metro in 2-7 business days and 2 business days for dispatch to outer regions and interstate - normally earlier but sometimes delays can happen but we are generally well within that time frame. If things do seem to be taking longer than usual, please use the contact form below. 

Pick up via APPOINTMENT:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-4pm. Please call 03 9706 5292 to set up appointments to avoid futile pick ups or email admin@ma1.com.au

We are resuming our pick up options via appointment. Simply order as usual and select Pick Up via Appointment as the shipping option. One of our friendly staff will give you a call, email if the call is unattended to set up a time. 

On the designated appointment time, once you arrive at our carpark, simply call our office 03 9706 5292 and advise your order number. Our warehouse staff will leave your order on a pallet next to your car and you will be free to load up and double check the order to make sure everything is correct. 

*Please do not come without an appointment as you will be turned away since your order would not be ready. 

Please choose your items carefully and double check prior to placing the order as we may not be able to adjust your order afterwards as it would disrupt the flow of orders and operation. We are inundated with the sheer amount of calls, emails & orders so we may take longer to respond. 

We do encourage to please allow up to a week prior to following up with your order and please keep an eye on your email as you will receive updates on the progress of your order and after dispatch. You would receive a shipped notification and the tracking number or delivery details would appear on the notes section of your account.
