John Donehue Jiu Jitsu & MMA is a 800m2 facility, includes spacious male and female change rooms with modern shower facilities. With over 500m2 of training space, consisting predominantly of competition grade matting, it’s large enough to run 3 separate classes or a tournament comfortably.
The MA1 commercial gym fitout at John Donehue Jiu Jitsu & MMA covers the functional strength area that includes 2 Commercial Pro Rigs, MA1 Elite adjustable bench and flat benches, med balls, pro grade kettlebells, battling rope and more!
