Made from steel, our kettlebells maintain the same dimensions no matter what the size.

Rather than making a larger sphere for a larger weight these are a hollow sphere with the shell increasing in thickness as the bell becomes heavier.

Therefore, a 10kg bell has exactly the same dimensions as a 32kg bell, both in handle size and thickness, bell shape and distance between sphere and handle.

The kettlebells are easier to handle, a smaller handle is less taxing on the grip, and by far more comfortable to use all around.

When you work with a particular tool for an extended period, you soon get picky about little details. The MA1 competition KB is the best one in my collection, mainly because it has just the right amount of texture in the handle, with a smooth enamel body. My other KBs either have too much or too little texture in the handle, and one (incredibly) has a sandpaper-like coating on the body, which tears my forearms during cleans. So this KB hits all the marks: good texture throughout, solid construction, and a great price. My next KBs will almost certainly be MA1s.

Worth the money

I bought this kettle bell on the recommendation of my personal trainer so that I could work out at home during Iso. At first I didn't want to spend the money thinking I would be back at the gym soon and never use it. I am glad that I made the investment. Easy online purchase and quick delivery. It is great quality and now I am tempted to invest in more equiptment!
