Attach this plyo ladder to the end of your rigs to add an extra element to your rig. Ideal for chin ups, monkey climbs and for building up your upper body muscles.

180cm in width, this rig attachment protudes an extra meter out from the rig.

Set with 5 bars, you'd be flying from bar to bar in no time.
